Ingredients


  • ground beef

  • mayonnaise

  • sour cream

  • frozen French fries

  • green onions

    2, sliced

  • fresh cilantro

    handful, chopped

  • jalapenos

    2, sliced

  • salt

  • black pepper

    to taste

  • cooking oil

    for frying




Steps


  • Preheat grill or stovetop griddle.

  • In a bowl, mix ground beef, salt, black pepper, chili powder, paprika, and garlic powder. Form into patties.

  • Grill the burgers to desired doneness, adding a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each patty during the last minute of cooking.

  • Toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster.

  • Cook bacon until crispy, then set aside.

  • In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, and a pinch of chili powder. Set aside.

  • In a pot, bring water to a boil and cook the sweet corn until tender. Drain.

  • Brush the cooked corn with the mayonnaise-sour cream mixture, then sprinkle with chili powder and crumbled bacon.

  • Heat cooking oil in a deep pan and fry the French fries until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels.

  • To assemble, spread the mayonnaise-sour cream mixture on the bottom bun, place the burger patty with cheese on top, add a spoonful of corn mixture, and sprinkle with green onions, cilantro, and jalapenos. Serve with loaded fries on the side.
