Steps
Preheat grill or stovetop griddle.
In a bowl, mix ground beef, salt, black pepper, chili powder, paprika, and garlic powder. Form into patties.
Grill the burgers to desired doneness, adding a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each patty during the last minute of cooking.
Toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster.
Cook bacon until crispy, then set aside.
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, and a pinch of chili powder. Set aside.
In a pot, bring water to a boil and cook the sweet corn until tender. Drain.
Brush the cooked corn with the mayonnaise-sour cream mixture, then sprinkle with chili powder and crumbled bacon.
Heat cooking oil in a deep pan and fry the French fries until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
To assemble, spread the mayonnaise-sour cream mixture on the bottom bun, place the burger patty with cheese on top, add a spoonful of corn mixture, and sprinkle with green onions, cilantro, and jalapenos. Serve with loaded fries on the side.
